Story
These go great at tailgates and family meal nights. So simple, but the flavor will impress even your pickiest eater.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs 
- Big D’s Q STEAK OUT seasoning 
- Wooden skewers 
- Mayonnaise 
- Hot honey 
- Thai sweet chili sauce 
Equipment Needed
- Cooking Skewers 
- Sharp Knife 
- Smoker or Grill with Two-one Fire 
- Brush 
- Small Bowl 
- Whisk or Spoon 
Instructions
- If using wood skewers, soak wood skewers in water for 30 minutes. 
- Cut 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces. 
- Season chicken with Big D’s Q STEAK OUT. 
- Make Bang Bang Sauce. (Click for recipe) 
- Place seasoned chicken pieces on skewers (about 5 pieces per skewer) 
- Place on the smoker at 275. Cook for about 5 minutes per side. 
- After the first flip, brush bang bang sauce onto the top side, then flip again and brush the other side with bang bang sauce. 
- Cook until the chicken reaches 165 degrees. 
- Remove skewers from the smoker and brush generously with bang bang sauce. 
- Enjoy!
