Lousiana Pan-Fry Fish

Story
Pan-fried fish is a simple way to get to a great meal. Big D’ shares a favorite that will please even the toughest dinner guests.

Ingredients
1-2 pieces of fish (we chose catfish but also great on other types of fish)
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Crab Boil
1 tsp STEAK OUT
1 cup Lousiana Fish Fry
Equipment Needed
Medium size cast-iron skillet
Flame source (stovetop, campfire, etc.)
Two small bowls
Spatula or tongs
Instructions
Combine 2 Tbsp water, 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce, 1 Tbsp Crab Boil, and 1 tsp STEAK OUT
Roll fish in a combined mixture
Mix batter by mixing 1 cup Louisiana Fish Fry and 2 Tbsp STEAK OUT.
Immediately take fish from Step 1 and roll in batter from Step 2.
Warm oil in cast iron skillet
Cook fish in a pan over medium heat until golden.
Tips and Tricks
This pairs great with Big D’s vegetable medley.
Cut up one baby potatoes, sweet pepper, and green onion. Cover in cooking oil. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Steak OUT. Bake 375 for 35 minutes.
