Smoked Cream Cheese with Bacon and Blueberry Pepper Jelly

Impress any guest with this simple, tasty treat!


Ingredients

  • One block of Cream Cheese

  • Hurricane Rib Rub

  • Bacon

  • Blueberry Pepper Jelly

Equipment Needed

  1. One small cast-iron skillet (or aluminum pan)

  2. Knife


Instructions

  1. Score the top of a block of cream cheese with a knife in two directions (making diamond shapes).

  2. Sprinkle Big D’s Q Hurricane Rib Rub over the top of cream cheese.

  3. Smoke the cream cheese for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Spoon two large spoonfuls of Lottie’s Blueberry Pepper Jelly on top of cream cheese.

  5. Sprinkle bacon bits over the top.

  6. Serve with your favorite crackers.
