Ingredients
Turkey (thawed)
G2 BBQ
STEAK OUT
Equipment Needed
You will need a smoker to arrive at the smoked flavor. If you don’t have access to a grill you can make a two-zone fire or a larger smoker, you can use the oven.
Instructions
Bring the smoker to 275 degrees.
Check the inside of a store-bought turkey and remove giblets or any other items.
Spray the turkey with Duck Fat (optional)
Sprinkle and even layer of G2 BBQ and STEAK OUT over all parts of the bird.
Place turkey in the smoker at 275 degrees. Use a meat thermometer to check the turkey temp periodically.
Cook turkey until it reaches 165 degrees in the breast. Cook the thighs and legs to 185-190 degrees.
Tips and Tricks
